Graduate students

We know that diverse perspectives drive up academic standards and, as with our undergraduate community, we want our graduate community to comprise the most talented students, regardless of background or financial circumstances. But pursuing graduate study is expensive: – for many students the costs are impossible, and they’re forced to turn down their offered place due to a lack of funding. We’re very grateful that each year donations enable us to fund a number of outstanding graduate students to come to Emma, who couldn’t otherwise afford it.

Fully funding an MPhil student from the UK for one year currently costs in the region of £27,000 - £30,000, including course fees and living costs.
