The library’s manuscripts and rare books are available for consultation by scholars and research students.
To consult material in the Library's Special Collections readers will need to make an appointment in advance of their visit. A minimum of ten days notice is required. Appointments can be made by e-mailing the library at firstname.lastname@example.org, or email@example.com or by telephoning 01223 (3)34233. Appointments are subject to staff availability.
Appointment slots are available to book week days only at the following times:
9 a.m. - 1 p.m. and 1;30 p.m. - 4 p.m.
You will need to bring a letter of introuction from your dissertation supervisor or academic institution, plus some form of photographic id (e.g. passport, driving licence).
