College Research Associates
College Research Associates (CRAs) are early–career researchers affiliated with the College, typically holding a postdoctoral or equivalent research position within the University or an associated institute. As members of the College, CRAs strengthen the link between the College and the wider academic community and enable researchers to participate in College life, attend events, and contribute to interdisciplinary engagement.
Although CRAs are not Fellows and do not participate in the governance of the College, they are regarded as valued members of its academic community, contributing to both intellectual and social life. All CRAs are warmly welcomed to take part in College activities and events.
There are no formal duties or responsibilities attached to being a CRA, however, opportunities to contribute to teaching or to assist the College in other ways are always appreciated. CRAs are typically appointed for three years on a renewable basis, and for as long as they continue to hold their appointment in the University.
