Our KS5 Insight Days are a brilliant opportunity for Link Area schools to bring up to 15 highly able Yr12 students to Emmanuel College for the day. Taking place across 6 dates in the Spring Term, we usually welcome four schools on each Insight Day, aiming to match up schools by area as well as age group where possible.

Our KS4 Insight Days are a brilliant opportunity for Link Area schools to bring up to 15 highly able Yr10/Yr11 students to Emmanuel College for the day. Taking place across 6 dates in the Autumn Term, we usually welcome four schools on each Insight Day, aiming to match up schools by area as well as age group where possible.

The Medic Mentoring Scheme, spearheaded by Emmanuel's Medical and Veterinary Society, pairs aspiring medical students with current clinical medics at Emmanuel. Through regular support via our mentoring platform as well as webinars on topics such as interviews, sitting the UCAT, and personal statements, participants are supported in making competitive applications to UK medical schools.
EMMbark aims to support highly able Yr12 students from Link Area schools who identify as being from an ethnic and racial minority (ERM) background that has historically been underrepresented at Cambridge. Participants will be paired with a current student as a mentor and will attend webinars and an in-person visit to Cambridge.

In Yr11 or Yr12 and attend a state school in Essex, Thurrock, or Southend-on-Sea? Join us for our Next Steps webinar series, which will provide you with a crash course introduction to Oxbridge, how to make informed post-16 choices, and how to navigate our admissions processes successfully.
