Members' Guest Rooms

We can offer a small number of guest rooms to our members (Fellows, current students and alumni). Please note we are unable to accommodate guests under the age of 18 years.

The majority of our guest rooms are located offsite and are of a basic standard. Many of these rooms have shared facilities and are not en–suite. We have a limited number of single and twin rooms (with single beds). None of our rooms are, or can be made into, doubles.

If you are a member of our community and would like to book a room, you can fill in our online booking request form. The automated response on submission is not confirmation of your room booking. The team will be in touch with you with confirmation and payment information. 

Department opening hours

Our Guest Rooms department is open Monday–Friday, 09:00–13:00 (excluding bank holidays). Please be aware that requests will not be responded to at the weekend.

We do not provide residential accommodation to non–members, and are unable to respond to such enquiries.
