Members' Guest Rooms: Booking Conditions
Back- Guest rooms must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
- We do not normally refund payments for cancellations made within 7 days of your visit. If a room is cancelled more than 7 days in advance of your stay we will refund the payment, less a £20 administration fee per room.
- Payment can only be made by the member and not by their guest.
- We regret we are unable to hold rooms provisionally and we are unable to take requests for specific rooms.
- Rooms can only be booked for periods of up to 7 nights maximum.
- Please note that all those who stay in our rooms must be at least 18 years old (this is insisted upon by the College's insurers).
- Members' guests can only stay in college if the member is staying as well.
- All guests are required by law to fill in a Guest Registration Form, so please bring a form of valid ID with you.
