BIOGRAPHY

Dr Christine Querebillo is a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Fellow at the University of Cambridge, jointly based in the Department of Chemistry and the Nanophotonics Centre in the Department of Physics. Her research lies at the interface of physical chemistry, nanophotonics, and materials science, focusing on the mechanistic understanding of chemical processes at functional interfaces. Using vibrational spectroscopy, spectroelectrochemistry, and materials chemistry, she investigates photo-, electro-, and plasmon-enhanced catalysis.

Her research spans in situ and operando studies of molecular catalysts and semiconductor systems, alongside spectroscopic and electrochemical investigations of proteins, biocompatible materials, and energy materials.

Alongside her research, she contributes to undergraduate teaching and supervision at Cambridge, including electrochemistry and molecular spectroscopy, and to optics and physics laboratory teaching.
