Queen's Lecture Theatre
BackThe Queen's Lecture Theatre has a curved design that creates a sense of enclosure, and encourages your attention to the presentation or speaker. This design makes the audience feel closer to the stage, and gives the room a feeling of intimacy. It can be used for talks and lectures, performances, and larger meetings.
The theatre can accommodate up to 100 people, and offers AV facilities, disabled access, and a hearing loop. Its layout features tiered seating and adjustable lighting, which allow for scene–set lighting, and enable the room to adapt to any occasion.
There are a range of adjoining and neighbouring rooms within the rest of the Queen's Building, which can be used in conjunction with the theatre for refreshments or breakout spaces, to offer a self–contained event space.
