Biography
I support the college with supervisions, admissions and student support in undergraduate mathematics. I studied at Emmanuel for my BA, MMath, and PhD in applied mathematics and theoretical physics. My research uses idealised models to understand the interaction between convection and large-scale atmospheric dynamics, particularly as a pathway for coupling between the troposphere (where our weather occurs) and the stratosphere (which is predictable on longer timescales).
