Dr Louise Drake

Louise is one of our College Research Associates, and is based at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership at the University of Cambridge as a Postgrad Education Programme Director.

BIOGRAPHY

Louise (Lou) is a Programme Director at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, leading content for the Master’s in Sustainability Leadership and contributing to thought leadership on sustainability and leadership capabilities. Since joining CISL in 2012, Lou has held various teaching and leadership roles, focusing on sustainability, leadership mindsets, social justice, and board dynamics. With a background in strategy, financial planning, and stakeholder engagement, Lou holds a PhD in Environmental Policy, an MPhil and BA in Geography from the University of Cambridge, and postgraduate qualifications in leadership and higher education teaching.
