Dr Jaydeep Pancholi

Jaydeep is one of our College Research Associates, and is based at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership at the University of Cambridge as an Executive Education Programme Manager.

BIOGRAPHY

Jaydeep is a programme manager in Executive Education at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL), specialising in the design, development, and evaluation of leadership programmes for senior executives. Previous experience includes being head tutor for eMBA and Sustainability apprenticeships at Cranfield School of Management working with over 150 executives, as well as leading strategy for an e-commerce startup. Jaydeep holds a PhD in Management from Heriot-Watt University, researching NGO influence on strategy in conflict zones. He is also a trainer in mental resilience and stress management having conducted workshops for professionals and students, and a board member for the charity IAHV UK, supporting humanitarian relief.
