Residential Accommodation

If you are looking for a traditional Cambridge College bedroom with a full English breakfast in the magnificent main Hall we can offer a number of options.

• Emmanuel College can provide a range of comfortable residential accommodation and has over 250 bedrooms on site:
  • 31 en suite bedrooms each with its own shower in New Court and North Court Cloisters.
  • 71 standard single bedrooms with shared facilities in South Court.
  • 129 traditional single bedrooms with shared facilities in North Court.
  • 52 standard single bedrooms with shared facilities in Hostel/East Court.
  Each bedroom has a wash basin, towels and toiletries and some have tea/coffee-making facilities. Non en-suite rooms share bathrooms/showers. There are a limited number of rooms with disabled facilities. Occupied by Emmanuel College students during Term the rooms all have central heating and are cleaned and serviced daily. Please note children under the age of 18 cannot be accommodated in College.
• Alternative Accommodation: The University Accommodation Service has hundreds of properties within Cambridge that are available to academic visitors.
• All guests who do not hold a UK passport are required by law to fill in a Guest Registration Form. Please bring your passport with you.

Parking

The College, in common with other central Cambridge Colleges, has very little parking available – below are some options:

  £5.00 per car per day. Subject to availability. Open Monday - Saturday 07:30 - 20:00. 35 cars maximum, 3 or 4 minimum. Payment by invoice. Cars are parked at owner's risk.
• Doubletree Hotel
  3hrs - £4.50, 6hrs - £14.00, Overnight - £19.00
• Grand Arcade/Lion Yard
  £1.60 per hour, £21.00 overnight +£0.80 per hour
